Job Description:
Database ADMIN/ Architect role
Job Requirements
At least 15+ years of experience as senior/lead DBA with design responsibilities in a large and challenging
database environment.
§ Database administrator with knowledge about High Availability, Load Balancing and Distributed
Computing required.
§ Extensive knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle), Cloud Databases, NoSql type databases (preferred Cassandra)
§ Data Modeling Experience using Data Modeling Tools required.
§ Understanding of Database Architecture concepts essential.
§ Familiarity and knowledge of storage technologies and architectures (SAN, NAS).
§ Knowledge of other external platforms (Salesforce) a plus.
§ Experience and knowledge with data governance and metadata organization desirable.
§ Experience with Big Data/NoSQL would be a plus.
§ BS or MS in Computer Science or related field highly desirable.
§ Training in Data Architecture and Data Modeling.
SQL Certifications and Training or equivalent experience
