Audience Builder or Journey Builder experience

Need resources that will provide Process, UI, and procedural design of SFDC related to the CRM Service roadmap.  Below are bullet points which should help with the requirement.

Healthcare service systems and process experience a plus.

Experience with SFDC and familiarity with out of the box capabilities to support CRM Service vision and specific capabilities.

resource will need to take requirements down to the elementary levels and create the processes that interact with the system, why it needs to happen and what will happen because of that...

Resource will create new processes

Resource will coordinate the integration

Resource will complete help define process requirements and user interface and procedural designs as it relates to Salesforce

Resource will have a detailed knowledge of salesforce

Resource will need to know how to take a requirement and turn it into a system process

Resource should understand SFDC out of the box capabilities to facilitate business needs
