Director / Manager – Sales
Locations: Cincinnati, Ohio & Sunnyvale, California
Reporting to: VP - Sales
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual, with a proven track record in a sales role, to join our team for US region. The candidate must be a “hunter” with a good handle over selling process and sales cycle to identify customer needs / decision makers, key dependencies and is responsible for “consultative selling” creating differentiators and a higher value perception for the services being proposed. He/she must be able to achieve his/her revenue targets consistently. A good technical product marketing individual confident of succeeding in sales environment is welcome.
Role & Responsibilities:
Essential Skills & Experience
8 - 10 years of experience with at least 5 years of pure hunting experience selling at Director and VP level. Strong track record of establishing and cultivating business relationships with 'VP' and 'C' level executives is a MUST.
Experience with working offshore services company operating in the high tech domain and cultural adaptability to work across the globe with engineering & marketing teams
Strong technical skills with ability to find technical solutions to business problems and engage the potential customer with “consultative selling” is essential.
Strong oral and written communication skills and executive presentation and persuasion skills
Ability to interface at all levels of an organization
A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
MBA or advanced degree in related field (desirable)
