Education, Experience & Skills:

ü  Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of strong analysis, design, development, maintenance, and production support of an application experience using Java, JEE, XML, HTML4/5, ExtJS, Ajax, Javascript, jQuery and SQL, CTI, Spring MVC, ODWEK, ExtJS and C#

ü  Experience in developing rich UI using Sencha ExtJS/JQuery/GWT/any UI framework

ü  Extensive experience in Web UI framework and Web UI development which includes Usability, Page transition, page navigation, image caching, lazy page loading

ü  Experience in Front End payload, able to make decisions on front-end validations, server side validations

ü  Experience in end to end application flows

ü  Familiarity with client-side tracking

ü  Experience in using UI debugging and profiling tools

ü  Experience in Transactional flows from Front End to Back end

ü  Experience in cross browser platform, reverse Ajax

ü  Experience in ExtJS and Spring MVC framework a must

ü  Experience in developing template based UI

ü  Experience in performance tuning the web application

ü  Experience in development of complex multi-layer applications

ü  Experience in working with high-available mission critical large scale web application in both Front end and back end

ü  Experience in profiling web application

ü  Candidate should possess strong analytical skills and be able to abstract information from existing code

ü  Experience in development of multi-threaded application in interfacing with other systems

ü  Experience in XML and XSLT transformation

ü  Experience with Rational IDE tools like RSA and RAD

ü  Experience in PL/SQL is a plus

ü  Current knowledge of and experience with application servers such as IBM Websphere and/or apache HTTP servers

ü  Excellent object-oriented design & programming skills, including strong working knowledge and experience in using UML and design patterns, refactoring

ü  Experience with ACCURev version control systems is a plus

ü  Expertise in architecting applications based on business requirements

ü  Experience in development of call center web application is a plus

ü  Strong understanding of standard software development lifecycle methodologies

ü  Software development ability, experience, speed, and quality

ü  Ability to work on an Agile development environment

ü  Interface with different departments within the organization regarding new deployments
