Job Title: SFDC Architect

Duration: Long term

Location: New jersey, US 

Role

·         Lead roadmap definition, solution architecture and design activities at one of Mindtree Banking clients based in US leveraging Salesforce platform

·         Help client leverage investments on Salesforce better

     Job Responsibilities      

·         Deliver consulting and architecture services across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Force.com

·         Perform feasibility analysis of business requirements, from implementation point of view

·         Develop solution architecture

·         Design/propose technical solution options

·         Produce a technical specification for custom development and systems integration requirements along with the relevant stakeholders

·         Analyze and design the underlying data model, data flows, interfaces, integration points, etc.

·         Oversee the development and quality assurance efforts to provide the technical guidance whenever required

·         Participate and lead all the technical discussions with team as well as all other stakeholders

·         Define best practices for project support and documentation

·         Provide Customer Training as required

Skill set

·         8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years in Salesforce.com

·         Proficiency in configuration and customization in Salesforce.com, Apex and Visual force technologies.

·         Led 2 – 3 architecture and consulting engagements

·         Experience in designing and developing software components and having a very strong Service Oriented Architecture and integration background.

·         Experience in multiple end to end implementations of Salesforce.com.

·         Good knowledge & work experience in SFDC configuration, customization, programming with APEX Class / Triggers / APIs, Visual Force, SOQL, SOSL and implementing new instances of Salesforce.com application from scratch.

·         Hands on work experience with Salesforce.com web services, WSDL and other integration aspects are desirable.

·         Experience in ETL processes, experience using EAI tools would be an added advantage

·         In depth understanding and experience in implementing single signon, web security, Salesforce application security

·         Deep expertise in implementing salesforce.com specific design patterns

·         Implemented best practices to manage large volume data and work within governor limits

·         Should have deployment experience using ANT tool or change set, data migration using data loader and other commercial tools.

·         Thoroughly understand Object Oriented Concepts and MVC framework

·         Understanding of Server side and Client side technologies

·         AppExchange product development experience would be added advantage

·         Dev 401 Certification, Sales or Service Cloud Consultant (added advantage), Dev 501 (added advantage)
