Position: Finance Administrator
location: Santa Clara CA

·         Responsibilities

·         Facilitate Finance team’s document management

·         Assist and support Business Control and Tax team in their day-to-day functions

·         Assist in 1099s preparation and property tax rendition filings

·         Assist in sales/use tax filing and manage tax journal entries upload

·         Assist in obtaining the audit requests from the personnels

·         Reviews transactions, documents and records for accuracy and effectiveness

·         Prepares acceptable working papers that record and summarize data

·         Performs other duties as may be assigned

Qualifications and Skills

·         Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business or related areas

·         Good analytical skills

·         Team player, with the ability to multi-task and flexible

·         Communication skills at all levels in the organization

·         Chinese and English bilingual is required
