Receptionist/Operator/Clerical/Data Entry Position Available. We are looking for a team player who is punctual, reliable and has a positive attitude. The future for our company is very bright and we are looking for the right person to join our team, someone who is eager to learn new skills and grow with us.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Answer multi-line telephone system, route calls efficiently and correctly with professionalism and superior customer service.
2. Greet and check-in customers & walk-ins.
3. Process mail and overnight deliveries.
4. Data entry.
5. Clerical duties such as: filing, faxing, copying and any other administrative projects or tasks as requested.
MUST HAVE prior receptionist/clerical experience.
MUST HAVE basic business computer skills, i.e. MS Word, MS Excel and email.
MUST HAVE reliable transportation, dependability is a MUST!
Able to learn new tasks quickly with minimal supervision.
Professional appearance required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
Excellent organizational skills are expected.
