Location : Florham, NJ Job Title: Manager(UI front end) Job Description: The role of the Manager will be to lead the development of a multifaceted team responsible for an Angular JS web front application. The person should be able to handle multiple complicated projects at once in a fast paced environment, and to interface with the business community, Quality Assurance, Regression testing and performance testing. The candidate needs to be a dynamic leader who is comfortable with making the right decisions quickly. The candidate must be able to dig into the code when needed, manage and lead triage calls against multiple lines of businesses, and be able to ask the right questions for the right people at the right times. Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running quickly and with little guidance. Job Responsibilities: The candidate should be well versed in managing people in an onshore and offshore model. The staff is made up of employees and consultants in multiple locations in the US and India. The candidate must be familiar with Javascript and Angular code bases, manage staff work load, assign projects, guide the architecture of the solutions, and implement those solutions on time and on budget. The candidate must be able to manage all Angular JS resources, and an added bonus have an understanding of DataPower. Must be well versed in SOA architected solutions, and have an excellent understanding of Web Services. Must be a leader in the Web Development space, and be able to show different web sites that you have lead or played a key role in. Leadership Qualities • 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience of leading development teams • 5 years of managing development resources • Well versed in mentoring staff and challenging them to deliver on the company’s goals • Develop training approaches for staff development Prior Experience • 5+ years of working with Relational databases, Oracle RAC a plus • 5+ years of past or current programming experience using Javascript and JQuery • 2 years of HTML5 experience • 1+ year of leading Angular development projects • 1+ years of Datapower is ideal • Prior experience in pharmaceuticals systems is desirable pragnesh.dave@cyberthink.con 732-481-4174 ext:6626
