This is a techno-functional role. On one side interaction with business while one the other side working with technical team to realize the business vision.

Knowledge of Legal domain and system will be an added advantage, it is one of the strong selection criteria

Domain in legal being considered are : Knowledge on all or any of the first three domains is desired

·         E-Discovery : Crucial business. Litigation matters of employees & contractors. 100 to 1000 custodians. Technology used to collect asset data and the send it to corporate attorney (Tools Used : Atlas (IBM), Store, DocuSign, Guidance, Access Data)

·         Legal Operations : Global Matter Mgmt. Takes care of Attorney Billings (Tools used: Bridgway, datacert, on-it. System name - eBilling)

·         Contracts Mgmt : Typical Contract Mgmt system (Tools Used: echo & docu sign)

·         Law & Enforcement : 100,000 FBI or government agency requests on fraud investigation
