Duties and Responsibilities: 

- Do quality assurance reports as directed

- Perform data entry tasks, keying data in accordance with prescribed protocols and guidelines for data quality and integrity

- Heavy volume data entry of information into databases 

- Scanning documents and organizing accordingly 

- Entering and monitoring inventory reports 

- Works with customer service department to ensure all information is up to date and accurate 

- Proven track record of high performance and high productivity 

Working .. Mon-Fri 

Skills: 

Requirements: 

--1-2+ years of data entry experience 

--Ability to type 40 WPM+ 

--Able to work independently

--Outgoing and approachable 

--Ability to multi-task and be proactive 

--Ability to work in a fast pace changing environment 

--Extremely detail oriented 

--Excellent organizational skills
