DUTIES: 

(1) Acting as a Salesforce Subject Matter Expert (SME) focused on Salesforce administration, development (new development and maintenance) and support, with direct relationships with the stakeholder and business community;

(2) Leading stakeholder meetings and managing requirements from the stakeholder community;

(3) Requirements management, process mapping, documenting business process and workflow, system configuration;

(4) Playing a critical and visible role in all application and business process support as well as new initiative and implementation activities;

(5) Acting as a resident Salesforce SME with regards to technology, functional, business process, and workflow;

(6) Managing and monitoring all process, compliance, and system auditing initiatives;

(7) Acting as the voice of the stakeholder community to the IT organization, business partners, and vendor community;

(8) Owning and driving Salesforce solution implementations;  

(9) Managing all aspects of Salesforce design, development, testing, configuration, implementation, support, administration as the advocate for the stakeholder/customer community and as the champion for Salesforce advancement to impact the overall organization;

(10) Consistently working to drive process, performance, and solutions delivery improvement.

REQUIRED:

MUST have 3+ years of STRONG/CURRENT Salesforce development/programming skill WITH strong Salesforce.com Web Services API’s, Force.com SOAP and REST-based Web Service API’s, Bulk API, and Metadata API.

MUST have 3+ years of STRONG/CURRENT Salesforce SFDC/Cloud administration including user permissions, system security, custom objects, workflow, and customized applications.

MUST have STRONG web and database development skill with SQL, JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, and CSS.

MUST have STRONG Visual Force application experience with STRONG Visualforce/Apex/S-controls.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT skills in creating custom objects, validation rules, workflows, process automation, reporting, and dashboards.

MUST have STRONG/CURRENT skills in configuring page layouts designed for different business profiles and requirements that are accessible for desktop, tablet, and mobile interfaces.

MUST have EXCELLENT communication (verbal and written), organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
