Responsible for the data entry of newly created campaigns into the Parago proprietary platform. Responsible for working closely with Account Managers to ensure proper set-up of the individual promotions/campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Data entry of promotional specs into a proprietary platform. Ensure that all required fields are captured and keyed accurately before being sent to QA review. Work with Account Managers to ensure that any questions regarding set-up logic is resolved prior to set-up completion. Analyze promotional trends and provide feedback to the DE Supervisor Provide support for the initial auditors and resolve any questions or problems they have Work closely with offsite/offshore agent(s) performing duties related to data entry escalations, rejections, and resubmissions. Complete special projects assigned by DE Supervisor Works very closely with the DE Supervisor to assist with Parago Back Office operations
