We are looking for a Customer Service focused employee who wants to grow with us. This position plays a vital role in giving our customers the best possible experience on our eCommerce site Cantex Pharma
Typical Work Activities
Respond, answer, assist or otherwise process 100% of daily emails, chat requests, voice mail, and phone calls
Provide customers with product and service information by phone, email and chat
Notify customers if their item is out of stock, work with them to change/upsell their order
Taking all phone orders and placing them on the website for the customer
Address customer's inquiries, resolve customer's problems
Process all returns - refunds/exchanges
Reship lost in shipment orders
Process Credit Card charge backs - responding to them in a timely fashion
Route phone calls and take messages
Work in Factory Store assisting customers and processing transactions in our POS system
Skills and Requirements
Documented track record of excellent customer service skills
Must be detail oriented and highly organized
Must be able to independently manage customer issues through to resolution
Must possess excellent verbal communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office applications Word and Excel
Proficiency with Gmail style web-based email applications
Proficiency with Text Chat style programs
Shift
Full Time, 40 Hrs Per Week
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:00pm
