Qualifications:
An undergraduate degree in a technical field, BS or BA preferred and/or equivalent professional experience. Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification on Windows 2000 or 2003 preferred..

Minimum of 5 years’ experience administering and supporting servers in Windows 2000, 2003, 2008 or 2012 environment. Prior enterprise level experience a plus. Minimum 5 years’ experience working with Hypervisors / Virtual Environments. Prior enterprise level experience a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced and hectic work environment, ability to prioritize tasks effectively; good communications skills (written and verbal) and an ability to work seamlessly across organizational boundaries.

Responsibilities:
Actively participates in the timely resolution of Incidents. Participates and / or Manages work on break - fix activity.

Actively participates / manages the diagnosis and resolution of hardware and production problems. .Ability to identify and resolve system issues in a timely manner.Installation, Maintenance, and Troubleshooting of installed systems.

Attend group meetings (team meetings).Proactively manages internal customers (application support groups).Provide system support during routine weekly maintenance window (weekend / Sunday).
