JOB DESCRIPTION

As a CSR, you will serve customers at the front counter and by telephone, fax, and internet, helping customers identify the products and services that best meet their needs while maintaining profitability for the company. You will ensure that all job specification requirements are understood and clearly communicated to the production team and will represent our brand by conveying expertise in our services and capabilities.
Our ideal candidate is an outgoing, focused, and motivated individual with at least one year of sales or customer service experience, preferably in the printing industry. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good computer skills, and strong problem solving and sales skills. An aptitude for color and design and an eye for detail are strong pluses! Candidates must be able to work in an environment that includes exposure to ink and chemical fumes, airborne particles (dust, drying powder, etc.), and loud noise levels and must be able to move freely throughout the center and stand for long periods of time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greets customers in a courteous manner and prepares quote requests
Answers the telephone using the company's procedures for incoming calls and directs calls appropriately
Handles routine questions and requests by customers
Deals with customer complaints and concerns and facilitates a satisfactory resolution as quickly as possible
Helps customers at the front counter, on the phone, or by email
Processes orders in a timely manner and reports any delays to management
Orders stock or supplies as required for current jobs using proper procedures
Uses the computerized pricing/estimating program
Follows systems and procedures according to the company manuals
Ensures all jobs are placed in proper locations before leaving
Rejects poor quality or incorrect jobs and notifies management
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
At least one year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the printing industry
Good communication skills, both in person and over the phone
Proficient computer and internet skills
Good problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and an eye for color and design
Self-starter
Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to move about freely through the center in order to work with other team members and accomplish tasks
Able to stand for long periods of time
Appearance at all times must represent the company image
