Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review, analyze, and manage large data sets to produce supporting schedules for financial disclosures.
• Prepare journal entries and supporting documentation for loan-related activities.
• Create reconcilements of various general ledger accounts using the Blackline platform.
• Design deliverables for presentation to senior management including company-specific analysis and pro forma financial models.
• Document and support all internal control procedures performed.
• Ensure that financial records are in compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Participate in efficiency and process-improvement initiatives with cross-training within the Accounting department as needed.
• Respond timely and accurately to inquiries from a variety of internal and external sources for the purpose of resolving problems and / or providing additional information.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years: Banking or Financial Services Industry
• Certified Public Accountant (preferred)
• Analytical/Logical Thinking - Expert
• Communication - Expert
• Critical Thinking - Expert
• Excel - Expert
