Demonstrate the ability to work as a team member delivering an integrated solution that meets the needs of the customer within the constraints of both regulator and contractual requirements.
Work as a team member on functional integrated process teams that strive toward functional business process improvements, operational efficiencies and best business practices.
When supporting training activities:
o Coordinating the scheduling, reservation of resources and facilities for training related activities.
o Work with a team environment to ensure they understand the applications/processes for which they are documenting and/or developing training materials.
o Developing and documenting instructor-led, paper-based, and technology delivered curriculum.
o Coordinating post training desk side support when instructors are not teaching.
o Demonstrate excellent writing skills and demonstrates the ability to work effectively with subject matter experts to conduct research and resolve issues.
o Develop online training using industry leading virtual training development tools and technology.
